Allow from 3 -7 days before despatch as many items are custom made - Allow 2 - 5 working days from despatch date.
Personalised Stock
Allow between 3 - 7 days from receipt and artwork approval) depending on the items to be personalised. (Allow 2 - 5 working days from despatch date.)
PAYMENT:
All orders must be paid for prior to being despatched.
Personalised orders must be paid for before we print the products, these items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault with the product.
POSTAGE & PACKING:
Delivery & packing cost are dependent on the weight and size of the products ordered.
Where possible, we use recycled cardboard boxes or recycled or biodegradable plastics.
OTHER INFO:
Delivery times may vary during very busy periods, holidays, bad weather, or other constraints beyond our control.

Royal Mail or Carrier
*Post Office Special Delivery Next Day (requires a signature)

*Next Day Delivery starts from despatch of goods, not when the order was placed and does not include Saturday & Sunday.
As many of our products are made to order or personalised, they may not be available for next day delivery.

- Please note delivery is to UK Mainland only.
- Pre-Printed Products can only be returned by written consent and approval
- Customised/Personalised product orders cannot be cancelled once an order has been accepted.
- Postage & packing is based upon product(s) weight in the basket
- Carriage/ delivery fees will be added whilst placing an order and are based on weight.
- Large orders or oversized packages may incur additional delivery cost.
If your total order weight exceeds 30KG, there will be additional costs, we will contact you before we process or despatch your order.
► Please note most deliveries will require a signature so can't be left in doorways or bin cupboards etc.
